How To Find Easy Ways To Make Money Online
Okay, I’m assuming you already know how to build websites. All you need to know is the bare minimum to be successful. If you’re reading this, I know you want to make money online and make some dough fast. You want to know which techniques work and which ones don’t. I’m right aren’t I? If you’re just beginning, this article may not be for you. Work on getting to know basic Webmaster skills. Then everything else will be a piece of cake.
A lot of you people are running around chasing online money when it may be right under your nose. Drive around your local area one day. Pay attention to what you see along side the streets. My best websites are ones where I help people find information they are searchng for. It may be ways to make money online, how to get out of debt or even how to care for a new puppy. Don’t try and get a site ranked for competitive terms like student loans or make money online. You’ll only get frustrated and end up quitting. It will take you years to be able to rank for those terms.
One of my most popular ways to make money online is to target local customers. Never overlook your local city or town as a source for online profits. To show you how effective this can be, I’ll tell you about one site of mine. It’s a teeth whitening site that targets an area of Atlanta. This site is #1 for it’s area and brings in several hundred dollars per month. It took about 10 hours to build the site and about an hour PER MONTH to maintain it. Now imagine having fifty or even 100 of these sites and you can start to see how profitable Internet Marketing can be.
I could have tried to rank for teeth whitening, but I would have failed because there’s too much competition for such a term. You’ll find every city or town has a local population that goes to the Internet when they need a product or service. With a little time and effort, you can locate the words these people are using on the Internet and buld a site around them.
Another excellent way to make money online is to build a site for a local service, get it ranked #1 and then let the top comanies in that industry bid on it. I’ll use a Plumbing service to demnstrate how I pull this off. Use a service industry like HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, etc. You’ll find that these are some of the most competitive businesses in your area. Once I have a site built and perform the necessary SEO in order to outrank everyone else, I then contact all the companies that I can and offer them the site. It helps if you can show them how much traffic your site is getting. Just tell them this is the amount of traffic they’re missing by not being in the number one spot. I can usually get around 5k per site. Not bad for about 10 to 15 hours worth of work.
Don’t be surprised if you get an offer right away. Some will even want to pay our to maintain it each month. Some want me to take over their website and get it ranked higher. I’ll do it if the price is right. The more they want me to do, the more they have to pay!
Work at being different and coming up with original ideas and you’ll find that the money comes easier. There are just so many ways to make money on the Internet. All you have to do is be creative and come up with a few good ideas. Don’t worry if a couple of your ideas bomb. I’ve had some real dogs over the years that I thought would be the next big thing|Failure is a great learning opportunity if you use it wisely~You’re going to have failures, just be sure you learn from them}. Just dust yourself off and move on. You’ll eventually hit some home runs
